Michael Duffy Named Legislative Chair of NCISS

Michael Duffy, President of Per Mar Security Services, has been recognized by his security industry peers with his selection to the National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS) Legislative committee. NCISS is the most influential voice and legislative advocate for the Security and Private Investigation professions in the U.S. As Chair of the NCISS Legislative Committee, Duffy will oversee the legislative issues the security industry faces. Previously, Michael Duffy’s late father, John Duffy, was actively involved in NCISS, and served as President of the organization.

NCISS is a USA based association formed to watch legislative issues affecting the Investigation & Security Professions. The  founders of NCISS saw the need for security and investigation businesses to keep Congress and the Administration informed of their interests. They saw that without representation, our government would at the minimum overlook them, or legislate against them without consideration of the consequences.  Therefore, the Council’s job is to keep legislators aware of the interests of the hundreds of thousands of professional security officers and the businesses which employ them.
