Per Mar Acquires TruStop Security

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Per Mar Security Services, a leading provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients based in Davenport, IA, announced April 1st, 2015, that it has purchased TruStop Security of Oshkosh, WI. Both companies specialize in providing electronic security solutions for their customers. The terms of the deal between the two local, family-owned companies was not disclosed. The addition of TruStop’s customers to the Per Mar customer base continues to build Per Mar’s presence in the state of Wisconsin.  “The opportunity to expand into this area is something that we have had plans to do for some time. This is an exciting opportunity and something we look to build upon, while providing the same level of service TruStop customers have become accustomed to in the past,” said Brian Duffy, President of Per Mar Security Services Electronic Division.
